OUR INTERVIEW & SELECTION PROCESS

Our recruitment process consists of two stages

Stage 1 - Preliminary Interview

An initial screening and selection process that includes a brief company introduction, an overview of the career opportunities, and a short personal discussion with the director.

Stage 2 - Final Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the preliminary selection process may be invited to a comprehensive personal interview, where the position, remuneration structure and career development opportunities are discussed in greater detail.
