Reporting to the Group Financial Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring sound financial management, strong internal controls, accurate reporting and commercial decision-making while supporting the Dealer Principal and management team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a hands-on financial professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and partnering closely with operations to drive profitability and business performance. Detail: RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day financial management and accounting function of the dealership. Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial controls. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company reporting requirements. Partner with operational management to analyse vehicle, parts and service performance and improve profitability. Monitor inventory, margins and departmental financial performance. Maintain and strengthen internal control processes across all departments. Lead, mentor and develop the finance and administration team. Support the Group Financial Manager with financial analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field will be advantageous. 2–5 years' financial management experience, preferably within the automotive retail industry. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Experience on dealership management systems such as Pinewood or Pinnacle will be advantageous. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to perform effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
