Job Description

An established company within the hydraulics industry is looking for a switched-on Branch Administrator / Internal Sales professional to join its Middelburg operation.

This is a varied role combining internal sales, invoicing, customer service, stock administration and general branch support . The right person will have a technical mindset, ideally with exposure to hydraulics, and must be able to learn quickly and confidently work across different areas of the branch.

You will be responsible for

• Handling internal sales enquiries, telephonic orders and buy-outs.

• Preparing quotations and generating invoices.

• Processing invoices, RMAs and credit notes.

• Managing and following up on back orders.

• Assisting customers with queries and building strong customer relationships.

• Processing cash supplier transactions and assisting with petty cash.

• Tracking incoming and outgoing workshop jobs and orders.

• Assisting with stock takes and ensuring stock procedures are followed.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Monitoring outstanding collections and customer payment queries.

• Supporting the Branch Manager with general administration.

• Maintaining accurate filing and job-costing documentation.

• Assisting with reception and switchboard duties when required.

Requirements

• Matric essential.

• Approximately 1–3 years' experience in a Benefits

R15 000 basic + Provident + Commission
