Key Responsibilities: - Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge and skills in BPO processes and systems - Assist with handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Complete assessments and evaluations to track progress and learning outcomes
Requirements: - Diploma or Degree - Comfortable working rotational shifts (7am - 11pm) - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
