- The successful candidate must be willing and available to work the following scheduled hours. Flexibility and availability to work these hours are essential for this position.
- Monday – Friday: 17:00 – 22:00
- Saturday: 13:00 – 22:00
- Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00
Minimum requirements Advantageous
- Matric.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a telesales role.
- Experience in the property industry beneficial.
- Ability to make 150–200 outbound calls per day.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Professional approach.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Prospecting and booking 10 qualified consultations per day.
- Make a minimum of 150–200 calls per day.
- A minimum requirement of 60 consultations per week, equating to 450 per month.
- Where opportunity arises, book an attorney into the meeting.
- Maintain close client relationships and record all activities pertaining to dealings with the client on the CRM system Pipedrive and ZOHO.
- Thoroughly screen the client to identify needs and affordability to invest according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Ensure that a minimum of 100 activities, which must include tasks, WhatsApp, emails and calls, are completed per day.
- Promote all other services provided by IGrow Wealth Investments and IGrow Group.
- Follow all prescribed communication processes and systems as provided.
