Our client is looking for an experienced Boiler Specialist to support the maintenance, servicing and operational reliability of industrial boiler plants. This senior, customer-facing role will focus on after-sales support, shutdown services, inspections, spare and wear parts, and the supervision of work performed on site.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, contractors and international product teams to deliver safe, technically sound and commercially successful boiler service solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering / Relevant National Diploma
Years of Experience
- At least 10 years’ post-graduate experience in boiler plant maintenance and operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial boilers, boiler pressure parts and shutdown processes.
- Experience with boiler inspections, maintenance planning and site supervision.
- The ability to manage contractors, suppliers and installation teams effectively.
- Strong technical and commercial communication skills.
- A sound understanding of project safety, quality, budget and scheduling requirements.
- The ability to engage professionally with customers and provide practical technical solutions.
