Applications from experienced BMW Senior Technicians with a proven track record in diagnostics, fault finding, and complex repairs will also be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional technical expertise and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a certified BMW Master Technician; however, exceptional BMW Senior Technicians with strong diagnostic capabilities, dealership experience, and a commitment to technical excellence are encouraged to apply. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on BMW vehicles Conduct servicing, maintenance, and warranty repairs in line with BMW standards Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems using BMW diagnostic equipment Complete repairs accurately and within allocated labour times Interpret technical service bulletins and BMW repair procedures Carry out quality control checks to ensure first-time fix rates are achieved Support and mentor junior technicians and apprentices Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Maintain accurate job cards and workshop documentation Keep up to date with BMW technical training and new model developments Minimum Requirements: Essential Qualified Motor Technician (Red Seal or equivalent recognised qualification) Minimum 5 years' experience working on BMW vehicles in a franchised dealership environment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Experience using BMW diagnostic systems and workshop software Valid driver's licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motor Industry experience Essential Preferred Current BMW Master Technician certification BMW Senior Technician certification with extensive dealership experience High voltage/electric vehicle certification Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns Knowledge & Skills Advanced BMW diagnostics expertise Strong understanding of BMW electrical and electronic systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of BMW quality and repair standards Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) First-time fix rate Productivity and efficiency levels Labour sales achievement Warranty compliance Quality audit results Customer satisfaction scores Workshop safety and housekeeping standards Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
