ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a UK property management firm operating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. The business manages UK property portfolios and operates with open communication, a flat hierarchy and senior leadership that collaborates with the team daily.

The business is expanding its remote support infrastructure and is looking to appoint its first remote Block Management Assistant in South Africa as a proof-of-concept, with the potential to scale to three remote assistant roles.

THE ROLE: BLOCK MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT / BLOCK MANAGER

The Block Management Assistant will provide critical administrative support across UK property portfolios, reporting directly to the Associate Director.

The role focuses on property administration, contractor management, client communication and maintaining 100% compliance with task deadlines through the companys internal management system.

For a candidate with the appropriate level of experience, the business is open to exceeding the R35,000 monthly budget and appointing at Block Manager level instead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
