Core Purpose of the Role: The Bid Administrator is responsible for coordinating bid submissions, supporting the bid management process, and ensuring the timely submission of compliant and high-quality proposals. The incumbent will work closely with business development teams, technical specialists and sector leadership to support strategic opportunities and maintain bid administration processes ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage international bid opportunities Lead the start to finish bid management process Identify and evaluate bid opportunities Develop bid strategies Prepare, review, and submit compliant, high-quality bids Coordinate with partners, consultants, and subject matter experts to develop winning proposals Support business development Monitor bid performance, analyse outcomes, and implement continuous process improvements Maintain on-time submission compliance Lead the Bid Office, overseeing the planning, coordination Manage bid plans, submission schedules and resource allocation Coordinate multidisciplinary proposal teams Facilitate Go/No-Go reviews, bid strategy sessions and kick-off meetings Support strategic opportunities Establish and maintain proposal and quality compliance Manage post-submission activities Work closely with business development and sector leadership Review bid submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements Manage and maintain CRM
