We are building relationships with Battery Energy Storage System Engineers in Cape Town who are passionate about renewable energy and the evolving energy storage sector. If you have experience across BESS design, integration or project delivery, we'd love to connect. Duties & Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
- Battery Energy Storage System design and engineering
- Renewable energy and energy storage projects
- Electrical system design and integration
- Grid connection and power systems experience
- Experience with PVSol, PVSyst, ETAP or similar advantageous
- BESS sizing and system configuration
- Technical project support and commissioning
- Knowledge of grid codes and electrical standards advantageous
Qualification
- BEng / BSc Electrical Engineering or related qualification
- Renewable energy / BESS experience
- ECSA registration advantageous
