Medirite Plus Moreleta Park is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will provide expert advice on beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
You will play a key role in driving sales, promoting products, and helping customers find the right solutions to meet their individual beauty and wellness needs.

What you'll do

Customer Service & Sales

Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable beauty and skincare products.
Conduct product demonstrations and beauty consultations.
Promote, cross-sell, and upsell beauty products to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on beauty trends, promotions, and product launches.

Merchandising & Stock Control

Administration & Operations

Process customer transactions accurately at the till point.
Handle customer queries and escalate concerns where necessary.
Support promotional events and in-store activities.
Assist with general departmental duties as required excluding dispensary activities.

What you bring Grade 12 Matric.

Professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology or a related field.
Experience working in a beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail environment.
At least 5 months' POS / till-point experience within a retail environment.
Sound product knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
Excellent customer service and selling skills.
