Start free — we apply for you →EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Minimum requirements: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within professional services. Preferred requirements: Experience with graduate/early careers recruitment advantageous. Strong analytical abilities for tracking recruitment outcomes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media, and digital tools. Experience coordinating recruitment across multiple regions and departments. Competencies: Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking skills. Passionate about talent development and employer branding. High level of professionalism and alignment to BDO values. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability. Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. End-to-End Recruitment Cycle Own the full graduate recruitment process for allocated business units, including sourcing, screening, reference checks, interviewing, preparing provisional offers, MIE background checks and preparing final contract. Maintain progress of all vacancies, ensuring timely movement through each hiring stage. Escalate complex matters to the Talent Acquisition Manager. 2. Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Guide hiring managers through interview processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders. 3. Data, Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday/ATS and vacancy trackers. Manage the requisition process in Workday and ensure that it is up to date. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment status reports and identify bottlenecks. Contribute ideas for enhancing sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruitment processes. 4. Graduate & Campus Recruitment Support Coordinate logistics for campus events, assessments, and bursary interactions and ambassadors. Manage candidate pipelines for graduate and early careers recruitment with guidance from the Talent Acquisition Manager/Leadership 5. Employer Branding & Marketing Collaboration Work with HR and Marketing to develop recruitment content and support employer branding campaigns. Use your social media for promoting vacancies. 6. Compliance, Administration & Documentation Ensure accuracy of candidate records, requisitions, contracts, and MIE/reference checks in line with ISQM1 requirements. Maintain recruitment documentation and support onboarding processes where there is an overlap between recruitment and HR functions. (Hire candidate on Direct Hire to pull through to JML, handover candidates to HR who has signed final contracts to start onboarding process) 7. Professional Growth & Development Build recruitment capability through continuous development, coaching, and exposure to strategic discussions. Support others (interns, hiring managers) by sharing knowledge and recruitment best practices.
