Employment Type: Graduate Opportunity / Entry-Level Position Job Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and career-driven BCom Graduate to join a professional pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have completed a BCom qualification, with preference given to candidates who have an interest in or exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. This opportunity is suited for a young graduate looking to gain practical business experience and develop within a specialised sector. Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed BCom Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Age between 21 and 30 years.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with studies or exposure related to:
  • Pharmaceutical Management
  • Healthcare Management
  • Pharmacy Administration
  • Pharmaceutical Business / Commerce
  • Life Sciences with a commercial focus
  • Strong academic record advantageous.
  • Computer literate (MS Office proficiency essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with business and operational processes within the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and administration functions.
  • Assist with financial, commercial, or supply chain activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support internal teams with projects and process improvements.
  • Gain exposure to pharmaceutical business operations and compliance requirements.
  • Work with various departments to develop industry knowledge.
