About the Role
As a graduate at Pace Car Rental, you’ll be placed in a department that aligns with your qualifications and interests — such as Finance, Marketing, or Operations . This opportunity will give you hands-on exposure to business processes, systems, and strategies that drive success across our branches nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Support your assigned department with day-to-day activities and projects.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve company goals.
Minimum Requirements
A BCom degree from one of South Africa’s top 5 universities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Previous experience in the car rental or related industry will be an advantage.
