About the Role BEE Certification SA is a SANAS-accredited B-BBEE Verification Agency committed to delivering professional, independent, and high-quality verification services across various sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B-BBEE Verification Analyst to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct B-BBEE verification assessments for EME, QSE, and Generic entities • Review and analyse financial statements, payroll records, procurement data, and supporting evidence • Perform onsite and remote verification interviews • Prepare verification files and working papers in accordance with SANAS requirements and company procedures • Compile verification reports and scorecard calculations • Liaise professionally with clients regarding verification requirements and findings • Ensure compliance with applicable B-BBEE Codes, Sector Codes, SANAS requirements, and internal quality management systems Required Qualifications • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field • Minimum 2 years' experience in B-BBEE verification, consulting, auditing, or a similar role • Strong understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for onsite verifications Advantageous Experience • Previous experience with a SANAS-accredited verification agency • Knowledge of Sector Codes • Experience conducting onsite verification interviews • Understanding of financial statement analysis and payroll reviews Key Competencies • High level of integrity and professionalism • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
