* Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant efficiently and safely.
* Measure and batch raw materials according to required mix specifications.
* Operate a TLB/front-end loader to load aggregates into the batch plant.
* Monitor production levels and ensure consistent quality.
* Conduct daily pre-start inspections on machinery and equipment.
* Identify and report mechanical or operational faults.
* Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the plant and TLB.
* Maintain accurate production and batching records.
* Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures.
* Ensure the work area and equipment are kept clean and safe.
* Assist with general plant and site duties when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
* Previous experience as a Batch Plant Operator.
* Proven experience operating a TLB.
* Experience loading aggregates/materials into a batching plant.
* Good understanding of concrete batching and production processes.
* Valid TLB/earthmoving equipment competency or relevant certification.
* Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious.
* Physically fit and willing to work in a construction/industrial environment.
