Gansbaai Bakhuis is looking for reliable bakers to join our busy artisan bakery and deli team in Gansbaai.

What youll do: Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, pies, and other baked goods daily Work with sourdough and traditional recipes Assist with production for the bakery counter, deli, and food truck Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety Help with early morning production and general bakery duties

Requirements: Must reside in Gansbaai (non-negotiable) Previous baking experience preferred (artisan / commercial bakery experience a plus) Reliable, hardworking, and able to work early starts Willing to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food hygiene and bakery practices
