A distinguished South African-inspired all-day dining concept — award-winning, artisanal, and built around fresh breads, delicate pastries, and bold natural flavours — is opening its doors soon. We're putting together the culinary team that will bring this to life, and we're looking for people who take genuine pride in their craft. Positions Available ▪ Sous Chef ▪ Pastry Sous Chef ▪ Kitchen Cleaner / Steward What We Are Looking For ▪ Proven background in high-volume, high-standard kitchens — luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium all-day dining ▪ Currently based in the UAE; Abu Dhabi residents strongly preferred ▪ Solid understanding of the UAE hospitality industry — its standards, pace, and guests ▪ Strong technical skill and consistency under pressure ▪ Reliability, discipline, and pride in the details others overlook ▪ A genuine passion for the craft and for creating memorable guest experiences How To Apply Ready to be part of something truly special?
