Back-End Developer

Operating within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the company combines decades of industry expertise with state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative packaging solutions across multiple market sectors.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full finance function of the business.Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.Oversee the complete balance sheet reconciliation process, including assets, liabilities, and equity.Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations.Assist budgeting and forecasting processes.Manage month-end and year-end reporting activities.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.Assist with audit processes and statutory reporting requirements.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports.Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:BCom Accounting Degree.Experience:3-5 years experience in a Financial Accountant role.Manufacturing industry experience gives you a better chance of being contacted.Proven experience managing the full finance function.Experience preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience, including assets, liabilities, and equity.Previous team management experience is essential.
