Back-End Developer (Expert) ( Java + JavaScript + JS UI frameworks(Angular/NodeJS) + Azure Cloud + GitHub)

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer (Expert) to join a dynamic software development team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-level applications.

The successful candidate will work on complex technology solutions within a modern cloud environment, contributing to the development of scalable and secure applications using Java, JavaScript, microservices, APIs, Azure Cloud, SQL, and cloud architecture.

This is an opportunity for an experienced developer who can operate at an expert level, solve complex technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications.

• Develop high-quality back-end solutions using Java and JavaScript.

• Design and develop microservices and API-based solutions.

• Develop and integrate RESTful web services.

• Work with cloud-based solutions and contribute to Azure Cloud architecture and infrastructure.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sub-Product Owners, end users, and technical teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Contribute to user-story refinement and technical sizing.

• Identify technical risks and impediments and proactively resolve or escalate them.

• Review and present proposed technical solutions to relevant stakeholders.

• Apply coding standards, quality practices, and unit-testing principles.

• Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications and solutions.

• Contribute to DevOps activities and the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.

• Share technical knowledge and provide mentoring and coaching to other developers.

• Work collaboratively within a high-performing Agile development environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• IT Degree or Diploma is advantageous.

• 8–10+ years of relevant software development experience.

• Experience working within an Agile development environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work with complex systems and technical environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently on complex technical challenges.

• Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, or coaching to other team members.
