Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, present solutions, and close new business. Strong technical aptitude to explain payment processing and integration concepts to decision-makers.
Remuneration Structure Basic Salary: R16,600 per month (approx. R200,000 p.a.). Uncapped Commission: Per-merchant onboarding fees + payment equal to the 3rd months gross revenue from each merchant onboarded + discretionary bonuses. Target Earnings: ~R600,000 p.a. (with massive upside for signing high-volume merchants).
