A well-established leader in the manufacturing industry is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical B-BBEE Transformation Analyst to join its Shared Services team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, legislation and compliance, while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive meaningful transformation outcomes. You will play a key role in B-BBEE scorecard management, Employment Equity, Skills Development and verification activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across the Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data across multiple business units
- Prepare supporting documentation for verification audits and liaise with external verification agencies
- Monitor transformation targets and assist with implementation initiatives
- Support the preparation and submission of Employment Equity and Workplace Skills Plans
- Coordinate Enterprise and Supplier Development information and maintain accurate supporting records
- Compile transformation, Employment Equity, CSI and management reports
- Maintain accurate transformation records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate Transformation Committee activities and support Department of Labour audit requirements
- Analyse and validate data to ensure legislative compliance and reporting accuracy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and compliance obligations are consistently achieved
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Accounting, Finance or HR-related qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B-BBEE, Transformation, Employment Equity or verification
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Sound knowledge of the B-BBEE Act, Codes of Good Practice, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development legislation
- Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
