Azure AI Developer - Microsoft Foundry

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Azure AI Developer to join our growing Data & AI team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AI professional who is passionate about designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions using the latest Microsoft Azure AI technologies.

As a Senior Azure AI Developer, you will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to transform business challenges into intelligent, production-ready solutions. You will leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Foundry Agent Service, and the broader Azure ecosystem to deliver modern AI applications, intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, and automation solutions that drive measurable business value.

In addition to hands-on development, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor team members, establish delivery standards, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Build scalable Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from solution design through deployment and operational support.
• Translate business requirements into robust AI architectures and technical solutions.

Azure AI Foundry & Generative AI

• Develop and operationalize AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Create intelligent copilots, assistants, and conversational AI applications.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI models into enterprise applications.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks and AI orchestration workflows.

AI Agent & Multi-Agent Systems

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise AI agents using Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent ecosystems capable of solving complex business workflows.
• Implement MCP-compatible agent architectures and interaction patterns.
• Define communication, governance, and monitoring standards for AI agents.
• Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows.

Platform Engineering & Deployment

• Deploy AI services using Azure App Service, AKS, and containerized environments.
• Design cloud-native architectures optimized for security, performance, and scalability.
• Build CI/CD pipelines supporting AI application delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment frameworks.

AI Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions are secure, responsible, explainable, and compliant.
• Implement governance controls for enterprise AI deployments.
• Design monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks for AI applications.
• Establish best practices for model management and operational support.

Client Engagement & Leadership

• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and define AI strategies. • Lead technical workshops, architecture sessions, and solution discovery engagements. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers and junior AI engineers. • Contribute to AI capability development and delivery excellence within the practicel • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of software development experience. • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing AI and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. Strong expertise in:
