The ideal candidate will have strong workshop management experience, excellent leadership abilities and a proven record of maintaining customer satisfaction, productivity and departmental profitability.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years' experience as a Service Manager. • Previous Service Manager experience within a franchised motor dealership is essential. • Strong technical understanding of workshop operations. • Proven leadership and staff management abilities. • Good financial, operational and customer service skills. • Ability to achieve departmental targets. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Remuneration Package
Basic salary: R25,000–R35,000 per month, negotiable. • Company vehicle. • Fuel allowance. • Incentives.
