- An established motor dealership in Hillcrest is seeking an experienced, professional and customer-focused Service Advisor.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer service experience and maintaining effective communication between customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service bookings and customer enquiries.
- Open and manage workshop job cards.
- Liaise with Technicians and workshop management.
- Keep customers informed about vehicle service progress.
- Prepare quotations and obtain customer authorisation.
- Coordinate vehicle collections and customer handovers.
- Resolve customer service concerns.
- Maintain accurate administration and customer records.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' Service Advisor experience within a motor dealership.
- Experience using Automate, Evolve or similar dealership management systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Experience opening and managing workshop job cards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy service department.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- R12,000 – R18,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
