Automotive Brake & Clutch Counter Parts Sales Spec

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter with parts enquiries and quotations • Identify and recommend suitable brake and clutch components • Process sales orders, invoices, and customer transactions • Manage stock enquiries and support inventory control processes • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Provide technical advice and product information • Liaise with workshop, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure efficient service delivery • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive parts sales • Proven experience within the automotive aftermarket industry • Strong knowledge of brake and clutch components • Experience working with Sage an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong administrative and organisational abilities • Motor Industry experience Essential!
