Automotive â?? Customer Experience Receptionist -

Duties include

• Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Managing the dealership switchboard and directing calls efficiently. • Assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Coordinating visitor arrivals and notifying the relevant departments. • Maintaining a neat, organised and welcoming reception and showroom area. • Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams. • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings and general correspondence. • Assisting with filing, data capturing and other general office administration duties. • Ensuring customer refreshments and reception facilities are maintained. • Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) • Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care, Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' reception or front-of-house experience, preferably within a dealership or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, professional and customer service orientated.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.

• Must be willing to work shopping centre trading hours:
• Monday to Friday: 09h00 18h00
• Saturday: 09h00 16h00 (rotational)
• Sunday: 09h00 14h00 (rotational)
