Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks
- Identify manual processes and transform them into scalable automated solutions
- Build automated test suites that improve quality and accelerate release cycles
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Collaborate with developers to identify defects early and improve software quality
- Drive test coverage across web, mobile, API, and backend applications
- Analyse test results, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve automation effectiveness
- Champion quality engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum 3+ years’ of Automation Testing or Test Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks
- Experience automating API, UI, and end-to-end testing
- Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages
- Strong understanding of Agile and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable tools
- Knowledge of test strategy, defect management, and quality best practices
- Experience working closely with Developers, QA teams, and Product teams
