- Handle and manage third-party matters and claims
- Run and manage the office in PE
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to third-party matters
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Draft and review relevant legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
- Conduct legal research and prepare matters as required
- Ensure accurate and timely management of case files and documentation
Requirements
- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Experience in third-party claims/matters is essential
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and case-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively
- Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth
