- Responsible for ensuring that products are accurately loaded, unloaded, checked, and dispatched to customers or distribution centres on time.
- The role supports warehouse and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and offload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Ensure the correct stock and quantities are loaded onto delivery vehicles.
- Perform stock rotation using FIFO First-In, First-Out principles.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness within the dispatch area.
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
- Follow health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years' experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or dispatch environment.
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual loading tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
