- Admitted Attorney in South Africa • 2–5 years PQE (likely Junior Associate to Associate level) • Experience in:
- Construction law
- Projects / infrastructure law
- Commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Engineering or contractual disputes
- Front-end advisory (contracts, risk, project structuring) advantageous • Exposure to:
- FIDIC / NEC / JBCC contracts beneficial
- Arbitration, mediation, adjudication
- Commercial drafting and negotiations • Strong legal drafting, research, and client advisory skills
