To provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department through efficient inventory, event, travel, and brand management. The role consists of 80% administrative duties and 20% on the marketing aspects of the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory & Procurement
Order, track, and manage branded clothing and merchandise inventory to ensure stock levels meet campaign and event needs.
Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinate marketing events, activations, and launches end-to-end.
Manage vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution.
Prepare event timelines, run sheets, and post-event reports.
Brand & Compliance
Conduct regular brand audits across physical and digital touchpoints to ensure CI compliance.
Maintain, update, and distribute Corporate Identity manuals and brand assets.
Flag and resolve any brand inconsistencies with internal teams and external partners.
Diary & Travel Management
Manage a busy diary for the Marketing Manager: schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and send reminders.
Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel logistics run smoothly.
General Department Support
Handle ad-hoc admin tasks to facilitate smooth department operations.
Coordinate with other departments, agencies, and suppliers as required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualification
2+ years’ experience in an admin, marketing coordinator, or PA role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace. Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and supplier/vendor management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Package & Remuneration
+- R15k per month CTC, commensurate with experience.
