We are looking for a reliable, energetic and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our growing fragrance and bodycare business.
️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the daily running of the store
- Supervise and support shop assistants
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with sales and marketing activities
- Manage stock, stock counts and stock control
- Assist with opening and closing of the store
- Monitor cash-ups and daily store procedures
- Help manage staff schedules and attendance
- Assist with events and promotional activities
- Assist with our online store and social media
- Keep the store clean, organised and presentable
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Sales-driven and confident when dealing with customers
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- Computer and social media skills
- Able to work weekends and retail hours
- Experience with stock control and cash handling will be an advantage
- Must be well-presented and professional
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who is hands-on and willing to take responsibility, not someone who simply wants to supervise. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping us grow the store and develop our online and in-store sales.
