Start free — we apply for you →This is a supervisory role for someone who leads through personality and care, in a family-style five-star lodge. You will support the daily running of the lodge and guide the team, while keeping the guest experience personal and genuine.
Core Criteria
• Warm, genuine personality with a natural, people-first approach (non-negotiable) • Previous experience in a supervisory, assistant or junior management role in lodge or luxury hospitality • Strong guest service and communication skills • Ability to motivate and support a small team • Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working hands-on across the operation • Willingness to live on site in a remote bush environment and work a 6/2 cycle Candidate Responsibilities:
• Support the lodge manager with day-to-day operations • Supervise and guide front-of-house and operational staff • Ensure a warm, seamless and personalised guest experience • Maintain five-star service standards across the property • Step in across departments where needed • Assist with general administration and operational reporting • Foster a positive, family-style team culture On Offer:
