Container Tracking & Visibility
- Ensure accurate and timeous capturing of container movements
- Monitor container status and dwell times
- Validate tracking accuracy across systems
System Management (OVD/OVA)
- Ensure correct system usage across depots
- Support system adoption and compliance
- Assist with system issue resolution
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Reconcile data between systems
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Generate tracking and KPI reports
Operational Support
- Support depot teams with tracking queries
- Assist in improving operational processes
- Ensure alignment with SOPs
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with depot teams, IT and shipping
- Support communication on tracking issues
- Provide feedback on performance
Training & Compliance
- Assist with training of tracking clerks
- Ensure adherence to ISO and SOP requirements
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Logistics / Supply Chain qualification advantageous
Experience
- 3–5 years experience in container/depot operations
- Experience with tracking systems
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of container flows
- Systems and Excel proficiency
- Attention to detail

Other Requirements
- Willing to work extended hours if required
