- Are you an experienced retail or hospitality supervisor ready to take the next step in your career?
- We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead a team and help drive excellent customer service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
- Ensure excellent customer service and high store presentation standards
- Oversee stock management, cash control and shift planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead by example in achieving sales and operational targets
- Respond to site call-outs when required, including alarm activations at any time of day or night
Requirements Non-Negotiables
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- 1–2 years' supervisory or management experience
- Previous retail or hospitality experience
- Comfortable working long hours, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, hands-on and confident in managing people and operations
