Candidate Responsibilities: Hosting of guests at the lodge Check in and check out guests. Stock control and orders in the various departments Work closely with the lodge manager Room checks before guests arrive Core Criteria: A qualification in Hospitality Management would be beneficial Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a safari lodge Valid driver's license and own vehicle Must be computer literate and have good administration skills Ability to manage the staff Have an eye for detail Must be able to manage the lodge when the lodge manager is away Have a good working ethic Package and benefits: Live in position 3 weeks on/1 week off Uniform will be provided Includes meals while on duty show more...
