Core Criteria
- Proven track record leading from the front in a luxury lodge or hotel environment
- Strong guest interaction skills and a genuine commitment to five-star service
- Solid people management ability, including staff supervision and discipline
- Food and beverage management experience
- Sound admin, planning, and stock control skills
- Between the two candidates, at least one strong in F&B and one strong in admin/stock is acceptable)
Candidate Responsibilities
- Oversee and run all food and beverage operations
- Support the Lodge Managers with administrative duties and forward planning
- Relieve the Lodge Managers fully when they are off duty or on leave
- Lead, manage, and motivate lodge personnel on a daily basis
- Maintain five-star guest service standards across the property
- Handle stock control and general operational organising
