Detail: This is a role for someone who thrives in a true wilderness setting, comfortable with the realities of an open reserve where game moves freely between camps. You'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the lodge, working closely with the management team to keep standards high and operations seamless. Core Criteria: Previous experience at a luxury lodge, preferably 5-star Comfortable and confident working in an unfenced Big 5 environment Strong operational and guest service skills Reliable, hands-on, and able to lead a team under pressure No children or pets (live-in position) Core Responsibilities: Support the Lodge Manager with daily operations across the property Oversee guest experience standards and front-of-house flow Manage staff coordination and daily task delegation Assist with stock control, ordering, and administrative duties Step in across departments as needed to maintain service standards Uphold safety protocols given the unfenced, open reserve setting On Offer: Salary: R18,000 to R20,000 per month Live-in position, accommodation and meals included Immediate start available show more...
