Stock control and orders in the various departments Work closely with the lodge manager Room checks before guests arrive Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification in hospitality management Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a 4/5-star lodge An excellent communicator Must be able to manage staff A valid driver’s license and own vehicle Computer literate and have excellent admin skills A good eye for detail A good work ethic.
