REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate qualification NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA in Finance/Investment Management/Financial Economics/Financial Accounting. 4 Years functional experience in a Treasury / Finance / Investment Management / Financial Accounting environment of which 2 years should be at a senior state accountant level or a supervisory level.
Knowledge: Policy Conceptualisation and Formulation Compensation Fund policies, procedures and process. Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws and legislation COIDA, PAIA, PSA, PSR, POPIA. Investment strategy & Planning. Professional Accounting Standards GRAP/GAAP/IFRS. Treasury Policies and PFMA Regulations Legislative Framework. Forecasting & Projections. Financial Risk Management and Control.
Financial Compliance. Information Processing. Financial Markets and Instrument Financial Analysis. Digital Acumen Financial Systems, Tools. GRI Global Reporting Initiative and King IV Requirements Corporate Governance. Legislative Requirements: COIDA.
