REQUIREMENTS

  • An undergraduate qualification in Public Management or Commerce NQF Level 6 or higher; plus A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a BBBEE/ transformation environment; plus A valid drivers' licence minimum code B.

DUTIES

  • Develop and manage the Empowerment programmes including Departmental areas of participation, skills development programmes, and other integrated empowerment information.
  • Conduct analysis of statistical information with a view to identifying new development programs in line with value chain principles.
  • Ensure compliances in terms of BEE Transformation interventions across the Department.
  • Report monthly on the status of the BBBEE performance.
  • Provide advice, guidance and input to transformation policy development.
  • Manage and supervise staff within the component.
