Job Purpose
- The Department of Police Oversight & Community Safety, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to coordinate the operational management of the department's working relationship with the Corporate Services Centre. The successful incumbent must be willing to travel when required.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree equivalent or higher qualification; A minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Key Performance Areas
- Implement, monitor, assess and report on the service delivery of the Corporate Service Centre to the department in terms of the service level agreement; Implement and coordinate the periodic internal review of the Corporate Service Centre service level agreement to ensure alignment with the department's service delivery requirements; Oversee the implementation of departmental operational service delivery obligations as required by the Corporate Services Centre service level agreement; Perform managerial functions.
