- Applicants must be in possession of Grade 12, a 3-year tertiary qualification at NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Public Administration, Procurement management with 3–5 years' supervisory experience within Supply Chain Management environment Bid management. A valid driver's license is compulsory.

DUTIES
The successful candidate will perform the following Key Performance Areas:
- Manage, administer and coordinate Department Bids;
- Manage the Evaluation Component and conduct the Evaluation of Quotes up to R 1 million; Manage and provide guidance and advice on Procurement;
- Manage and control the utilization of resources in the division human resources & financial.
