Asset Valuation Analyst: Level 1

Qualifications and experience: Relevant Diploma in Agriculture. A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field will be advantageous. Minimum 1–2 years' experience within an agricultural or agribusiness environment. Knowledge of agricultural production systems, land capability and soil potential. Experience interpreting NDVI satellite imagery. Skills: Ability to interpret land capability, soil potential and chemical status maps. Strong analytical and report writing abilities. Ability to conduct field inspections and compile accurate valuation reports. understanding of agricultural infrastructure and production assets. Relationship management.
