- Conduct agricultural fixed property valuations.
- Conduct inspections and valuations of agricultural land, infrastructure and fixed improvements
- Perform valuations of movable agricultural assets.
- Conduct biological asset valuations and crop yield estimations.
- Provide specialist valuation and business integration support.
- Provide technical advice and specialist input on agricultural assets to support informed credit and lending decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure valuations are accurate, consistent and aligned with organisational standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all valuation reports comply with internal policies, legislative requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- Qualifications and experience: Relevant Diploma in Agriculture. A bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field will be advantageous. Minimum 1–2 years' experience within an agricultural or agribusiness environment. Knowledge of agricultural production systems, land capability and soil potential. Experience interpreting NDVI satellite imagery.
- Skills: Ability to interpret land capability, soil potential and chemical status maps. Strong analytical and report writing abilities. Ability to conduct field inspections and compile accurate valuation reports. understanding of agricultural infrastructure and production assets. Relationship management.
