Start free — we apply for you →- A leading property investment company is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to drive portfolio performance, maximise asset value, oversee financial planning, and develop strategies to optimise returns across a commercial property portfolio.
Requirements
- BCom degree Property, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Studying towards an MSc in Property Studies advantageous
- Experience in property asset management or commercial property
- Strong financial, budgeting, and investment analysis skills
- Experience with portfolio performance reporting and strategic planning
- Knowledge of property valuations, Capex planning, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets and benchmarking
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with MDA Property Management System advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships with tenants, property managers, and service providers
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
