The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our seed product portfolio, building strong customer relationships, and providing agronomic support to farmers and distributors within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Market and sell the company's seed product portfolio. Plan and coordinate product trials and planting demonstrations. Provide agronomic advice and technical support to customers. Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to management. Represent the company at agricultural events, field days, and exhibitions. Focused on Farming Industrys Detail: Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in agricultural sales, preferably within the seed industry. Relevant qualification in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science , or a related field. Strong knowledge of crop production and agronomic practices. Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
