• Manage and develop existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities • Drive sales volumes, revenue targets and profitability • Manage, coach and mentor sales team members • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and conduct business reviews • Coordinate with internal sales to ensure accurate and timely quotations • Ensure customer requirements, product specifications and pricing are met • Monitor stock levels and support on-time, in-full delivery targets • Implement price increases and maintain customer satisfaction • Travel as required and remain available to customers outside normal working hours Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in an FMCG environment
- Computer literacy
- Proven sales performance, strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills
- People management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team
