Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share.

• Provide technical advice and recommend tailored biological crop protection solutions.

• Develop and execute sales plans together with the Sales Manager and distribution partners.

• Maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and customers.

• Effectively manage customer visits and sales activities using CRM tools.

• Handle customer follow-ups, quotations, order administration and logistics.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be based in Groblersdal, Polokwane or the surrounding area.

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience within biological sciences or entomology.

• Degree in Agriculture, Botany, Microbiology or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of agricultural crops, including: Citrus, Subtropical fruit, Grapes, Vegetables, Berries and Nuts.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• CRM experience will be advantageous.

Package & Remuneration
